Meet Danielle
Hi there! I'm Danielle, the face behind Collins and Co. Interiors! I'm married to the best human I know, Erik and we are blessed to be the parents to two amazing children (Collins, 7 & David, 3).
With a background in fashion and design I opened my first business (my baby before I had babies) at 23. It was an online boutique with a laid back, beach vibe. At 25 I opened a brick & mortar store in Winter Park FL. It was a full commercial renovation taking an old hair salon and converting it into a 2,000 sq. ft. boutique. At 25 this is where my love for interior design took off. About 6 months later I was given a unique opportunity to sell the store and the online entity that I had built and I took it! When life hands you lemons, right?!
For years I was helping design rooms and homes for others while I had my second child and being a mom. In 2021, I was ready to go back out on my own as an interior designer and Collins and Co. Interiors was born. I am so grateful for the design firms I worked with that have taught their process and unique approach to design. That allowed me to niche down into what I wanted in my own interior design firm.
My intention is to always stay a boutique design firm and maintaining a very personal client experience.
Helping others build and envision their homes in a new way is the best part of this job, honestly nothing has felt more natural for me! My brain sees a space and can automatically envision its potential it in a matter of seconds.
