The Park Avenue home redesign is one of my favorite interior design projects to date. This 5,500-square-foot home in Windermere had gorgeous bones and endless potential. The homeowners gave me complete creative freedom, which made the entire design process such a joy. That trust allowed us to create something truly special, layered, and full of personality.
From Concept to Completion
This was a full interior renovation. I redesigned every space in the home—from the main living areas to the private bedrooms. We worked closely with Martin’s Development, who led the renovation and brought every detail to life.
The design process started with big ideas. We turned an unused wine cellar into a beautiful, functional mudroom. We reimagined awkward corners, like one little nook under the stairs that became a cozy dog den. Nothing was overlooked.
Thoughtful Design in Every Room
Every room tells its own story. The built-ins in the living room are now a focal point, thanks to a stunning Taj Mahal quartzite backsplash. It brings so much depth and luxury to the space. If I had to pick a favorite design detail, that might be it.
The kids’ rooms are full of personality. The nursery is calm with soft blue tones and warm wood accents. The daughter’s room has a hint of glam with gold details, a canopy bed, and pops of pink. In the primary suite, we focused on comfort and elegance. The palette is light and airy, and every piece of furniture was selected to feel both functional and beautiful.
